So- I've fallen behind on my blogging. I attended an intensive yoga teacher training session this weekend and it consumed all of my time and energy and that's no exaggeration. I had literally no time to do anything other than the things I need to do to remain healthy and happy on this fast. I didn't have time to write or anything else really.
I've got sooo many things I want to share, but again, it has been a super busy day and I havn't made the time to write everything down. I hope to catch ya'll up tomorrow. Sorry that the last blog I left you with was the one about shitting, that was pretty lame of me.
Because I know you want to know, I've done a coffee enema every day since the first time I tried it and intend to continue through the end of this fast. I may be ending the fast this Saturday, which is 9 days earlier than the proposed goal. We shall see. I'm holding up alright, but may have decided to cut the fast down to 21 days instead of 30 for various reasons (i'll get into that in a later blog)
